DIAMOND EDITION

World premiere for high carat diamond fountain pen

The "Pen of the Year 2012 Diamond Edition" is a hand-crafted jewelled masterpiece. For the barrel, which reflects the fine structure of ancient wetland oak, the structure of each block of wood has been captured and then cast in solid gold.
The jewelled fountain pen is presented in a deep black, high gloss lacquered box made of beech wood and includes a certificate on the weight, carat and numbering signed by Count Anton-Wolfgang von Faber-Castell.

PEN OF THE YEAR 2012 DIAMOND

Two reddish-brown Madeira Citrines from Brazil, very rarely found in nature and named after the colour of Madeira wine, shine at the cap and the end of the barrel with their unusual spirit cut. Perfectly hand-set brilliant cut diamonds crown the citrine, making the fountain pen a masterpiece of nature and craftsmanship!
